organic. It is hand picked from the bushes, depulped, dried naturally in the sun, deparched by hand, and micro
roasted for the freshest
great tasting brew from bean to cup!
Some of our coffee crop
produces yellow cherries, called "Katua".
Our homemade depulping
machine separates the beans from the cherries.
After drying in the sun,
the beans are ready for roasting.
